Packing a punch with Pulseroll

We threw our hat into the ring for the chance to work with Manchester-based fitness and wellbeing brand, Pulseroll and the Stark Collective – and after getting the gig, have loved every minute so far.

Founded by the hard-working entrepreneur Paul McCabe, Pulseroll sells a range of scientifically-proven products – from massage guns to vibrating foam rollers – that are used by teams, clubs and athletes all around the world to aid their preparation and recovery and give them a competitive edge.

Pulseroll products are used by a host of famous sporting names including Leicester City FC, Middlesex Cricket Club, Leicester Tigers, Team UAE and the British Rowing and British Gymnastics teams.

  • But it was the partnership with boxing superstar Anthony Joshua, an investor in the brand, that helped us deliver some knockout blows when it came to PR.

As well as running the day-to-day PR duties, we also supported the launch of one of its new products, designed by the boxer himself.

  • Some overall successes include securing the brand and the company front page coverage on the Sunday Times Business section, a feature in The Sun’s Anthony Joshua Big Fight pullout special, lengthy coverage on Radio 4’s Sliced Bread show and features in Heat Magazine and the Daily Mail’s You magazine, as well as an appearance on a BBC documentary. We also helped the brand get visibility in a number of trade publications and outlets.
